Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, identity questions, or trying to feel more at ease in your own skin, I’m here to support you. I work from a sex-positive, neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive lens and believe healing happens when you’re seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about understanding your story and finding new ways to care for yourself as you grow. I also affirm and support those exploring CNM or nontraditional relationships/bonds.
