I have current openings and provide support to those experiencing anxiety, prenatal and postpartum related symptoms, racing thoughts, prolonged sadness and depression, grief, changes in your self-esteem and confidence, beliefs and identity, persistent fearfulness, grief, mood disorders, career changes, relationship conflict, DV, sports performance issues, etc. I have a strong personal commitment to helping individuals improve their lives through supporting positive change and evoking a sense of empowerment for patients and families alike. I have 12 + years of experience working with different age groups and mental health issues. I am also passionate about working with new mothers, and working with the Geriatric and Military population. I provide individual and family therapy.
