As a master's student studying Somatic Psychology and Dance Movement Therapy, I believe in each person’s inner power, strength and resilience. I aim to assist each client to broaden their access to these inner resources. As a somatic psychotherapist in training I believe movement and direct work with the body allows for increased accessibility to our truth and the changes we want to see in our lives. I tend to work in the here and now with clients- using the present moment to guide the work we are doing together.
