I’m licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont, and I look forward to working together on your journey. I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral skill building. I received my MA in Mental Health Counseling from Rivier University, where I first developed an interest in evidence-based treatments for anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.
