With my experience working with children and adults, I understand that any challenges you face deserve the space for someone who can listen and support you. Do you feel lost or without purpose? Are you having relationship issues with your partner? Is your goal to better understand and accept yourself in this new identity? My intention is to understand your perspective and help you enhance your own day-to-day happiness and overall stability. I have special training in treating OCD and BFRBs. My approach is holistic as I believe that in order to improve your mental health, your body, mind, and spirit all need to work together. I will use techniques from ERP, CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic to process and make change. I understand that everyone progresses at their own pace and will offer a safe space for you to grow and be the you that you want to be.
