I specialize in supporting individuals who feel unseen, unheard, or overwhelmed by major life transitions and the expectations placed on them. As an internationally trained counselor, I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and identity concerns. I am especially committed to creating a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals and immigrants who may feel pressured to hide parts of themselves. In our sessions, we will explore where you are now, honor where you’ve been, and uncover the strengths you’ve always carried. Using Gestalt Therapy, I help clients reconnect with their inner child, address unfinished emotional experiences, and build self-awareness grounded in compassion.
