As a marriage and family therapist, I have worked with families, couples, and individuals on a number of emotional and relational issues. I have helped clients work through things such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidality, identity and relational issues. My clients want hope and peace. They want to heal relational wounds and become healthy again. For couples and families I focus first on communication and use elements of Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
