I offer talk and art therapy for individuals ages 12+, with a passion for supporting teens and young adults. I love working with teenage issues, eating disorders, body image, self-esteem, relational issues, and perfectionism. As a weight-inclusive provider, I work to dismantle fatphobia and it brings me joy to support individuals in all stages of eating disorder recovery. I also have extensive experience with complex childhood trauma, ADHD, autism, depression (including suicidal ideation and self-harm), anxiety, and social anxiety.
