I see individuals (13+), couples, and families. My specialties include neurodivergence, affairs, body image concerns, attachment trauma, and sexual concerns. I also enjoy and have experience working with men's issues, OCD, first responders and their families, ethical non-monogamy, and gender/sexual identity. Having a theatre background, I have a special place in my heart working for performers, actors, and artists. My therapeutic style can be characterized by warmth and empathy with a touch of humor and employ a client-centered and collaborative systemic approach. I am trauma-informed, identity affirming, sex positive, enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ folks, and operate from a body-neutral/HAES perspective. I have additional training in Gottman Method and Brainspotting.
