Hello there, thank you for pursuing therapy! Therapy with me is a deep-dive into you. Who are you? What are your current stressors? What do you want to achieve? Exposure to substance abuse was a large part of my family dynamic growing up, so exploring that dynamic and feelings of fear, sadness, and anger that are affiliated is a major lens of understanding for me. Have you lost someone? Have you lost yourself? Are there questions about your identity that have gone unaddressed? Let's explore together. I have worked with a lot of humans on the East Coast, West Coast, and also the Midwest. Issues of substance abuse, grief + loss, LGBTQIA+ identification, depression, anxiety, and personal development are notions that I specialize in. Sadness, isolation, worry, fear, and insecurity are notions that affect all of us, it's important to process and discuss.
