This can look like and feel like getting free from the pain and wounds that bind you, keep you stuck in emotional reactivity, steal your joy and distort your perspective. I believe every client has everything they need inside of themselves. Sometimes we just need a little nudge, additional support in a non-judgmental space and complete and total acceptance. At the end of the day, we all want to know that we matter and that we are seen and heard.
