Hi! I’m glad you’re here. I help individuals navigate challenges like anxiety, stress, grief, sadness, and life transitions. I’m passionate about supporting LGBTQIA individuals as they pursue healing, self-understanding, and meaningful goals. I work with clients ages 9 and up and enjoy working with teenagers and their families, as well as with adults seeking greater clarity, peace, or connection in their lives. I aim to meet people where they are and offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for healing. I enjoy helping people build on their strengths, process trauma, and become kinder to themselves along the way.
