Kids and teens often experience big feelings, challenges at school, or behaviors that can feel hard to manage for both children and caregivers. I work with elementary-aged children and teens to help them better understand their emotions, cope with stress and everyday challenges, and build confidence in themselves. I also work with adults to help them navigate the difficulties of life including anxiety, depression, life transitions, among the other difficulties of life. You can expect to be treated with care and empathy while you navigate and supported through the difficulties that you are navigating. I utilize a person-centered approach, meeting each child where they are and supporting their growth toward a calmer sense of well-being. Together, we explore emotions, practice skills for managing feelings, and find creative ways to work through challenges. I utilize these same approaches to help adults better manage their difficulties as well as.
