I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating experiences that feel overwhelming, confusing, or difficult to carry alone. I offer support for many challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Most importantly, I offer a safe place where others can feel understood, validated, and supported as they work toward healing. I specialize in trauma treatment and am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). These approaches help clients process painful experiences in ways that feel manageable and transformative.
