Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker with years of experience in the field working with children and families. I welcome a therapeutic relationship with children, teens and young adults. It is important to me that I work with a diverse group of people, and I appreciate forming partnerships with individuals of all ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, and abilities. I take a client-centered, strength-based approach to my work. I specialize in anxiety or depression, emotion regulation, adjustment to trauma, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, challenges within relationships, postpartum, difficulties within your role as a parent, and other life stressors. I provide evidence-based-individualized treatment.
