About
The world feels heavy right now. Even on a good day, life can feel overwhelming, complicated, or exhausting. It’s okay to need help making sense of it and finding your footing. If you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what’s coming up, and feel more grounded. I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, break unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful change through insight, action, and self-compassion. My approach is direct, validating, and laid-back. In our work together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, using evidence-based approaches to help you understand patterns, manage overwhelming emotions, and move through past experiences. I draw from CBT to challenge unhelpful thinking, DBT to build coping and emotion regulation skills, EMDR to process trauma, and mindfulness to help you stay grounded.
