Welcome! I provide a safe, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming space for you or your child to explore emotions, process trauma, or gain skills and insight for actionable change you desire. This might be your first time seeking therapy or you have tried therapy before and didn’t get what you needed from the experience. You could be feeling overwhelmed, scared, burnt out, or stuck in a cycle you can’t seem to break. Perfectionism or overthinking may have led to conflicts within your relationships with others or yourself. You desire to feel relief, be understood, and supported.
