I was born in New Mexico and have lived in several parts of the state before settling in Albuquerque and beginning my work as a Mental Health Clinician. The foundation of my work is in building an empathetic connection with you as a client and understanding that you are an expert in your experience and unique perspective. As a multiply Neuro-Diverse clinician, I value a bottom-up approach - collaborating with you to build a foundation of self-knowledge and self-empowerment. I value introspection and deep self-awareness in line with a person-centered approach.
