I’m a Licensed Social Worker in the State of New York, and I use my straightforward nature—and a healthy sense of humor—to build real, genuine connections with my clients. I work especially well with people who often feel misunderstood or struggle to stay confident in tough situations. I see therapy as a space where passionate, driven individuals come to learn how to navigate intense or overwhelming emotions, and I help you use your innate strengths to build a full, meaningful life where you can face challenges with resilience. As a multiracial Black man with roots in a rural working-class community, I think deeply about identity and help clients build pride and clarity in who they are. I’m also passionate about supporting neurodivergent teens and adults, adapting DBT skills and offering executive function coaching to help them understand and embrace their strengths.
