I am a licensed psychotherapist offering support to couples, adults, and teens (13+). I specialize in couples issues, anxiety, men’s mental health, OCD, spirituality, life transitions, and trauma. I believe every client enters therapy with innate wisdom and strengths. And I work with clients to identify these strengths, learn new skills, and gain insights to build resiliency and healing in ways that are unique to each individual. I work with clients to identify internal and external barriers, and collaboratively aid them in unlocking their inner creativity and energy for growth. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I hope to provide a warm and nonjudgmental space and to walk alongside you as you explore your strengths, needs, patterns, relationships, goals, and resiliency.
