I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, postpartum, substance use problems, relationship issues, chronic illness, grief, and stress issues. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Expressive Art, and Emotional Freedom Technique.
