As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Master-level CASAC, Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), I offer a supportive space rooted in warmth, authenticity, and clarity. I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and identity exploration. A person-centered philosophy guides my eclectic approach and focuses on emotional healing, personal growth, and overall wellness. I’m also passionate about teaching and have spent the past 7 years instructing college-level counseling courses on theory and practice, an experience that continues to enrich my style.
