About

After earning my undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley, I spent several years traveling the world before pursuing two Master's degrees, with the second in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been a therapist since 2017, building upon over 15 years of experience working as an academic counselor with children, adolescents, and families. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that clients are capable and valuable. By supporting them in identifying their internal and external strengths and resources, I enable them to gain skills, achieve goals, and cultivate a sense of hope to move forward successfully.
