You don’t have to be in crisis to know something isn’t working. Many people come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. You may be managing responsibilities on the outside while feeling disconnected, anxious, or dysregulated on the inside. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold everything together. I am an LPC Intern with extensive experience working with individuals and families navigating substance use, emotional distress, life transitions, and complex systems of care. I have spent over a decade supporting clients in outpatient and community settings. I help adults manage anxiety, emotional distress, substance-related concerns, and life transitions. I offer structured, trauma-informed therapy focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and practical support to help clients feel more stable, confident, and supported in daily life.
