I am a master's level social worker with 14 years of experience working with individuals and couples. I have a straightforward, holistic approach to help clients overcome difficult life events and make small meaningful changes on their journey to healing. I use many treatment methods and an intuitive approach to treat the whole self. I focus on giving clients skills to grow, heal and find tangible results. I find incorporating spirituality and mindfulness helps individuals in their journey to healing.
