I'm a certified EMDR therapist, licensed in FL, PA, and NJ. It's time to intentionally create space for your mental and emotional well-being and to cultivate greater balance in your life. Therapy works, particularly when you work with a therapist where you feel heard & understood. I use an integrative approach—rather than limiting therapy to a single modality. I can help you identify unhealthy patterns, strengthen communication in relationships, process trauma, explore unresolved experiences, and check-in with your self-esteem.
