I meet you where you are and we discuss what you want to work on. I can listen, help you find the root of an issue, or we can work towards healing past hurt/trauma and relationship issues. I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Delaware and Pennsylvania. I have worked in the field for over 10 years. I meet with individuals and couples over the age of 18 years old. Therapy is individualized to each client. I utilize therapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, guided meditation, mindfulness, and internal family systems.
