Attempting to manage relationships and life while also battling depressive symptoms, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health conditions can be exhausting. It can also be overwhelming to consider making a change in your life when you don't know where to start. The feelings of fear, uncertainty, and self-doubt often settle in and interfere with the process of change. I believe that therapy works best when the client and therapist work together to create trust and comfort so that positive change is possible.
