My name is Kourtney Kauffman and I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. While I’ve been practicing as a therapist since 2012, I have more than 15 years in the mental health field, working in various roles and settings. I believe that change is possible. My work centers around brain-supportive, trauma-informed approaches with a focus on anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, family dynamic issues, foster care and adoption, and women’s issues.
