Licensed Psychologist / Now accepting new clients. I help clients across the life-span with stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, adjustment to change, eating disorders, and relationship issues. I work with clients in individual counseling and psychotherapy and my style is collaborative and active. I provide support and empathy, using cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness approaches, as we work together as a team. I believe that healing and change happens when there's a strong working relationship between therapist and client. And many clients say that they appreciate my focus on identifying and working toward their goals.
