I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, and substance use disorders. I believe in providing person-centered, non-judgmental care and empowering individuals with the tools they need to navigate unique life challenges and stressors—whether related to school, work, or family responsibilities. I utilize eclectic treatment approaches, incorporating elements from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
