I’ve spent over a decade working with women, teen girls, and parents. I specialize in working with teen girls, young adults, and adult women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, life changes, and challenges related to faith and identity. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a teacher and dance coach, experiences that gave me a unique perspective on the pressures women face as they strive for success, manage transitions, and balance expectations with authenticity.
