My clients come to me with mental blocks or performance issues getting in the way of their performance and well-being. Sometimes, these mental blocks are associated with concerns like depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma (sport and non-sport related), or more, and sometimes, they are strictly related to performance only. Together, we explore the root cause of these issues and develop individual tools to implement in their daily and performance lives. My specialties are: Brainspotting, Trauma and PTSD, Depression and Anxiety. I also provide sport performance/mental performance coaching. I offer in-person and telehealth appointments.
