For that reason, my practice is designed around a limited caseload and longer-term work when appropriate. Therapy here is collaborative, thoughtful, and paced to support meaningful, lasting change—not just short-term relief. I work with those in leadership roles and high-responsibility positions who are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and the often unseen emotional demands of high performance. My clients are decisive, capable, and highly functional in their professional lives, yet feel internally overwhelmed, disconnected, or burdened by constant self-expectation.
