I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with experience providing mental health and substance abuse services to adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings and through individual, couples, and group therapy. I also have experience working with adults involved with the Criminal Justice System, DCF, Probation and Parole. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques from psychodynamic with an eclectic approach to cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
