We know, collectively, that untreated trauma can lead to blind spots and barriers in numerous areas of our lives. We also know that healing is fostered through connection. The therapeutic relationship is a beautiful tool available to us. Within it can occur a collaboration that supports the development of new patterns of thinking. I have worked as a psychotherapist in many communities throughout New York City since 2021. I am passionate about working alongside my clients as they make courageous efforts in working through old and new wounds that are negatively impacting them in living the life they know they deserve.
