Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, overwhelm, or self-doubt—wondering why their mind won’t shut off, why their body feels on edge, or why even “good” changes feel so hard. Others find themselves asking Why can’t I move on from the past? Why do the same family conflicts keep repeating? Who am I really, and am I living the life I want? As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals, teens, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being.
