As a therapist I am dedicated to helping and supporting children, adolescents and their families as a whole. I strive to help others recognize and strengthen their abilities to cope and problem solve for past, current and future situations, and in the process they grow and heal mentally, emotionally and physically. I am here to listen, hear and understand with an open mind. I have experience with working with kids who have anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, ADHD, as well as kids who struggle with expressing or being able to regulate their emotions.
