We experience life transitions and periods of loss and grief throughout our lives. I am particularly interested helping you with the issues that we experience as we grow older and also in helping families cope with those issues that we face as our loved ones age. Caring for loved ones with aging disorders such as dementia can create chronic stress, anxiety, depression and burnout for even the most capable. You may be feeling unable to care for yourself, your own family and career. If you are feeling depleted and overwhelmed we can work collaboratively to discover a story of change, resilience, and hope.
