Feeling vulnerable, unworthy, misguided, unmotivated? That's a common place to start. My goals as a clinician have been consistent in centering around the inherent worth of the individual; meeting each person where they are. My hope in working together is providing a supportive, empathetic, and encouraging space. I have a therapeutic approach that is intentional, validating, and compassion-focused. I approach situations with curiosity, finding the benefits in learning from myself and others. I want my clients feeling safe, seen, and heard. I believe you deserve autonomy in sessions, while balancing the goals you come with.
