I work with youth (from birth to 18) and their families through the challenges of infancy, early childhood, childhood, adolescence, and the transition to adulthood. Goals for our time together are often around managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and/or trauma. I help youth cope with social challenges or changing family dynamics. We work to identify healthy and safe ways for the youth to express themselves and their feelings. We identify the ways that they are successfully doing so in some aspects of their lives in order to expand those already existing skills to help them be more successful in all environments.
