As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am committed to working systemically with individuals, couples, or families. Being Trauma Certified, I seek to understand how a person's pain is both interpreted and dealt with in everyday relationships and life. The presenting problem clients bring into therapy is often a symbol of their pain, opening the door to a greater understanding of their unresolved questions and fears. Regardless of the presenting problem, my therapeutic approach is to create a safe space where clients can relax their defensive postures and commit to understanding the deeper dynamics at play.
