Hi, my name is Kristen (she/her), and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Colorado who has extensive experience navigating complex systems, all while prioritizing the well-being of my clients at the forefront. I greet new clients with curiosity and compassion, and believe that creating safety and connection within the therapeutic relationship is paramount in my work with individuals and families. I approach therapy through a trauma informed lens and use approaches such as EMDR and other nervous system informed approaches. I am committed to the mental health of my clients by improving their self-worth and moving in a positive direction through a collaborative approach using a strengths-based perspective. I have seen the power of counseling and how it helps clients live their best life.
