Throughout my career I have developed a passion for supporting children, their parents, and the family unit. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, attachment, grief, and life transitions. I currently offer support to adults whether navigating personal needs, embarking on parenthood for the first time, or seeking support managing your child’s behaviors and emotional responses. As the wife of a first-responder, I have the unique experience to aid spouses and their families as they navigate the challenges of shift work and first-responder culture, working together to manage the impact this has on marital communication and family dynamics.
