Having a good connection with your therapist is crucial in facilitating change. I pride myself on creating a supportive environment where my clients feel safe being their authentic selves. While the therapeutic process is not always easy, we'll work together to make sure you recognize the progress you're making and have positive experiences along the way. I specialize in Perinatal Mental Health as well as Anxiety. I also have a passion for helping clients who are navigating some of life’s many changes such as college, career, and relationships. I utilize an eclectic approach which encompasses my belief that no matter where you fall on the continuum of mental health, there is always room for growth. While the journey is not always linear, we must trust the process. One of my favorite quotes says, "day by day nothing changes, but when you look back - everything is different".
