I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults including those struggling with depression or other mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, maintaining healthy relationships, and behavioral concerns. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure Response Prevention to increase functioning and decrease symptoms leading to improved life satisfaction, school/work performance, self esteem, healthy relationships, and overall wellness.
