Accepting new patients with morning, afternoon, and some evening availability. In a society that feels increasingly individualistic, suffering in silence can become the norm. As humans, we aren’t meant to handle everything on our own though; we all need support. Whether you are trying to handle pressures of life, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, addiction, grief, or other difficulties, your story is valuable and I’m here to hear yours. I offer a compassionate, genuine, and nonjudgmental space while bringing humor when needed. I am experienced in treating people with anxiety disorders, substance use, depression, PTSD, and grief (including pet loss, loss of functioning, and chronic illness). I also enjoy helping individuals that may be experiencing difficulties with life transitions and relationships.
