As Bette Davis once said, "Old age is not for sissies!" We all know that growing older can bring about unexpected transitions and changes - in our bodies, in our relationships, and in our abilities. But aging can also foster new growth. I specialize in working with adults ages 50+ as they navigate aging and its many surprises, which can include anxiety, depression, grief, or chronic illness. I also support those who have older adults in their circle of care, or who may be overwhelmed with caregiver stress and burnout.
