Kristen’s clinical experience includes working with adolescents, young adults, and older adults. She has met with clients in community settings and within a behavioral health hospital, giving her a wide range of skills to address a variety of concerns. Her specialties include working with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, behavioral problems, substance use and addiction. As a coach for children and adolscents, she enjoys helping individuals work through sports related issues. Kristen prefers to use a client-centered approach while meeting the individual on their level.
