Humans have an innate and unique gift of being able to observe a broad range of emotions and experiences. Sometimes these emotions and experiences are not always favorable. I am here to walk alongside you through your journey towards contentment once again. With my relaxed and at times playful personality, I strive to create a safe, comfortable space where you can lean into discomfort and hardships in life. I work with adult clients of all ages who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, or struggles with interpersonal relationships.
